No — modern AI voices sound surprisingly human, with natural pauses and intonation. Most callers don't notice the difference, though I recommend being transparent that it's an AI assistant.

Does it work in my language?

Yes. I configure agents for your language (or a combination of languages). Quality is excellent for most conversations; for very specific dialects or jargon we test and fine-tune together.
