Privacy policy

This website collects the following personal data:

• Contact form: name, email address and the content of the message you submit.
• Technical data: anonymised visitor statistics (number of visitors, time of visit, traffic sources, device and browser type) via Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. This data does not contain personal identifiers and is not used for profiling.
• First-party conversion measurement: an anonymous session id, page, traffic source (UTM / gclid) and CTA or form events. These are stored in my studio CRM (Outpost) and are linked to a name and email only if you submit the contact form.
• If you consent to advertising cookies: technical identifiers and measurement data that Google Ads may set (for example for conversion measurement).

I use your data to:

• respond to your inquiry or message via the contact form;
• communicate about a potential project and prepare a quote;
• monitor visits and optimise website performance (anonymised);
• with your consent: measure ad performance (Google Ads).

I do not sell contact-form data and do not pass it to third parties for their own advertising.

Processing of personal data is based on:

• your explicit consent when filling out the contact form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or the legitimate interest in answering your inquiry prior to entering into a potential contract (point b);
• your consent for non-essential / advertising cookies and Google Ads measurement (point a), which you can withdraw at any time.

I retain contact form data for as long as needed to respond and continue any further communication. After communication is complete or upon your request, the data is deleted - at the latest after 2 years.

Visit statistics are retained according to Vercel Analytics retention policies (anonymised, with no way to link them to you).

Google Ads identifiers are retained according to Google policies; you can change cookie consent by clearing this site's local browser data.

To run the website and process some data, I use trusted third-party providers:

• Resend - sending emails from the contact form.
• Vercel - hosting the website and providing anonymised visit statistics.
• Google (Google Ads) - conversion / ad measurement, only if you consented to advertising cookies.

Processors are bound to protect your data in line with the GDPR, through data processing agreements or their applicable processing terms.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access your personal data;
• correct inaccurate data;
• erase data ("right to be forgotten");
• restrict processing;
• data portability;
• object to processing;
• withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).

To exercise any of these rights, write to tim@timblazic.dev. You will receive a response within 30 days.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (ip-rs.si).

I use the following categories:

• Essential / technical: needed for the site to work (for example storing your cookie choice in the browser).
• Anonymised analytics: Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights - without marketing profiling.
• First-party conversion measurement in my CRM (Outpost): session and traffic source in the browser, without extra advertising cookies.
• Advertising / measurement (Google Ads): loaded only after you consent in the cookie banner. If you do not consent, Google Ads scripts are not loaded.

You can change your consent at any time. Clear this site's stored data (local storage for timblazic.dev) in your browser and refresh the page. The cookie notice will then appear again.

The privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Every change will be published on this page with the date of the last update. By continuing to use the website after a change is published, you agree to the updated version.
